The PAISBOA Office Hours - HTA Insurance Services Presents Roadmap to Medicare

We're skipping our December program, so the next edition of the PAISBOA Office Hours will take place on Wednesday, January 17 and will feature Health Benefit Trust partner HTA Insurance Services. We'll be talking about HTA's Roadmap to Medicare program, so if you can't make it to our HTA webinar on November 29, please join us for an overview of HTA's services, including what you can do to become "Medicare Insurance-Ready." This program is also recommended for our HR professionals, who can learn more about the resources available to their employees through HTA.
Please join us on the third Wednesday of every month at 1:00 pm. Each edition will feature a guest speaker or presentation addressing some of the timely topics that come across your desk. We'll still leave time at the end of each program for our usual Open Forum, where you're welcome to ask questions or talk about whatever's going on at your school or university. Your PAISBOA Preferred Vendor FACTS Management will discuss the Enrollment Contracts features of their applications on Tuesday, February 13 beginning at 12:00 noon. Please join us to learn more about how to better utilize the programs and services offered by our preferred vendor partner!
Our presenters will give you some insights about best practices, effective tuition management, and billing as well as ways to create a great experience for your families. The program will also provide an overview of FACTS products, and bring together FACTS users to collaborate. If you are currently using FACTS -- or would like to consider them -- you need to register for this program!
This users' group will meet throughout the year, in case you cannot join us this time. Meetings have been scheduled for Tuesdays: 2/13, and 4/9, at 12:00 pm. We encourage you to share with other members of your school community too!

Our Presenter
Duncan Puller provides strategic direction for DāSTOR, focusing on upgrading tools and technology that enable simple, scalable products. He collaborates with thought leaders and develops innovative solutions for inclusion into DāSTOR’s portfolio, to drive better customer outcomes. Prior to joining DāSTOR in 2021, Duncan held a variety of senior leadership roles within the data center, cloud, and network industries, designing and developing solutions that improved application performance and enabled customer success. He was VP of Cloud Strategy at Ciena, VP of Cloud Services at Sidera, Founder and COO at Nimbus Exchange, and VP of Solutions Engineering at SAVVIS / C&W. However, his foundational experience came at UUNET where he first learned about the importance of scalability. Duncan holds a master’s degree in Telecommunication from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Virginia Tech.

The PAISBOA Technology Group usually meets the third or fourth Wednesday of every month throughout the school year for discussion on a variety of topics. Past conversations have focused on the evolution of distance and hybrid learning, planning for the upcoming summer and subsequent school year, and whatever else is on the group's mind. We also have occasional guest speakers who comment on current topics.
Technology staff at our member schools and universities are more than welcome to join us!
