Fall 2021 Market Update: Debt Financing for PAISBOA Schools
with D.A. Davidson

Wednesday, October 27
10:00 am

While independent schools face clear challenges in 2021, there are opportunities available in the debt financing markets, including: historically low interest rates, strong demand for loans from commercial banks and continued cash inflows to bond funds. The last two factors contribute to a supply / demand imbalance that has caused lenders and investors to have more cash to invest than good investment opportunities.

To learn more, please join us as we present Dan Froehlich from D.A. Davidson & Co. and Rob Marcantuono from Germantown Friends School, who will describe current market conditions and how the school took advantage of them to achieve their debt financing goals in 2021.
