PAISBOA MEMBER PROGRAMS

PAISBOA manages a number of beneficial programs in areas where financial savings along with improvement in the quality of products and service can be achieved through collective purchasing arrangements.

Each program is administered by an expert consultant and directed by a Steering Committee of representatives from member schools.

Each program is operated as a free standing entity and is empowered to set its own standards for admission and discipline in order to assure maximum effectiveness as well as to support the overall mission of the Association.

Group Medical and Dental Benefits

PAISIG enjoys a long history of successful negotiations with Independence Blue Cross and Delta Dental, and currently insures over 10,000 employees from 120 member schools. 

By leveraging their combined over $80 million premium, member schools enjoy consistently competitive rates, dedicated service teams and a wide range of innovative plan designs to meet the members’ needs and budgets.

Group Life, Disability and Flexible Benefits

Through the establishment of their own Trust, 48 member schools have gained the advantage of very competitive Life, AD&D and Disability rates through UNUM/Provident.  The association has supported wellness initiatives which have led to premium discounts.

Equally competitive is an exclusive arrangement through FlexAmerica to provide members with low cost state of the art Flexible Benefit Administration.
