At our 2003 membership meeting and in subsequent survey responses, a significant number of our membership demonstrated a positive interest in developing a Skills Bank. It would enable individual PAISBOA members to interact with their colleagues to seek and/or provide counsel on specific skill subjects.

Just as the Listserv has proven to be a useful tool for general questions, we see the Skills Bank as an effective and efficient way to obtain and provide experienced help in important areas. Attached (below) is a list of specific skills that have been identified thus far, and each of these skills contains a link to those who have offered to share their experience with other members.

While phone numbers have been listed for convenience, out of consideration for everyone's time an initial request by e-mail is the least intrusive approach.

Many more of you indicated an interest in the idea and have much to offer in the listed and additional categories. We would welcome your participation as valuable PAISBOA Skills Bank resources. Please update your user information to sign up.
