| PAISBOA is a regional association whose purpose is to serve the needs and support the interests of member independent schools and colleges in the Delaware Valley and surrounding area. Its mission includes the professional development of Business Officers and their staffs. In addition, the Association organizes consortia to take advantage of collective buying power through collaboration and cooperation, with the support of qualified and experienced consultants. In fulfilling these objectives, the Association also seeks to maintain effective working relationships with other regional and national associations, who also support the educational mission of Independent education.

| PAISBOA represents Business Officers in Action, and currently has 142 school members. This alliance of Business Officers learns and works collectively for the
increasing benefit of each and every school in the association.
